When you send messages to our Fanpage via Facebook Messenger, we collect your Facebook display name and message content for the purposes of consultation support, answering inquiries, and customer care services. Message responses may be assisted by an automated assistant (chatbot).
2. Scope of Information Usage
We use customer information for the following purposes:
• Providing consultation, quotations, confirmation, and processing customer requests;
• Responding to customer messages via Facebook Messenger, including through the use of an automated assistant;

For data collected through Facebook Messenger, customers may request the deletion of all related data by sending a request to info@nhuabinhthuan.com.vn. We are committed to processing such requests within 30 days.

We prioritize resolving complaints through mutual discussion and negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, the matter will be referred to the competent authorities for resolution in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
